REFUND policy

Transcendence Brothership Refund Policy

1. Masterclass:

Cancellation by Participant: If you need to cancel your registration for the Masterclass, please notify us at least 7 days before the event date to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event will not be eligible for a refund.

Cancellation by Transcendence Brothership: If the Masterclass is canceled by Transcendence Brothership for any reason, participants will receive a full refund.

2. 12-Week Evolve Program:

Cancellation by Participant: If you cancel your participation in the 12-Week Evolve Program within the first 14 days of the program start date, you are eligible for a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued after the first 14 days.

Cancellation by Transcendence Brothership: If the program is canceled by Transcendence Brothership, participants will receive a prorated refund based on the number of sessions completed.

3. In-Person Retreat:

Cancellation by Participant: Cancellations made 30 days or more before the retreat start date will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 30 days before the retreat start date are not eligible for a refund.

Cancellation by Transcendence Brothership: If the retreat is canceled by Transcendence Brothership, participants will receive a full refund.

4. General Conditions:

Non-Transferable: Refunds are only issued to the original registrant and are not transferable.

Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the cancellation request.

Force Majeure: No refunds will be issued in the event of cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions).
