Transcendence Brothership Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms:

By accessing and using the Transcendence Brothership website and participating in any of our programs, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Program Participation:

Participants must complete the registration process and pay the applicable fees to join any program offered by Transcendence Brothership. By registering, participants agree to participate in all scheduled sessions and activities.

3. Code of Conduct:

Participants are expected to conduct themselves with respect and integrity during all programs and events. Harassment, discrimination, or any form of disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the program without a refund.

4. Confidentiality:

We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all participants. Personal information and shared experiences during programs will not be disclosed without the participant’s consent, except in cases where disclosure is required by law.

5. Health and Safety:

Participants are responsible for their own health and safety during in-person events. Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs prior to the start of the program so that we can make necessary accommodations.

6. Liability Waiver:

By participating in our programs, you agree to release Transcendence Brothership, its facilitators, and staff from any liability for personal injury, property damage, or loss incurred during the program.

7. Intellectual Property:

All content provided by Transcendence Brothership, including but not limited to materials, presentations, and exercises, is the intellectual property of Transcendence Brothership and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.

8. Modifications to Programs:

Transcendence Brothership reserves the right to modify or cancel programs, sessions, or events if necessary. Participants will be notified of any changes as soon as possible.

9. Refund Policy:

Our refund policy is outlined separately and applies to all programs and events. Please review the policy before registering for any program.

10. Governing Law:

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Oregon, U.S.A, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Oregon, U.S.A.
